Grisha Stukalin, founder and director of HBRS, is a seasoned logistics and trade professional with 25 years of experience in global shipping, multimodal transportation, and government trade. He is an expert in facilitating seamless operations, developing profitable routing networks, and managing complex cargo movements across sea, rail, road, and air.

At American President Lines (APL), Grisha served as Development Manager and Senior Trade Manager for Government Trade for 15 years. He led teams responsible for ensuring compliance, accelerating global cargo flows, and maintaining route performance for government, humanitarian, and commercial shipments. He designed and optimized APL’s global routing network while ensuring regulatory compliance and profitability.

Prior to APL, Grisha was the Development Manager at Mann & Son (London) Ltd., where he organized and operated the Trans Baltica feeder service. Earlier, as Overseas Development Manager for Caledonian Plywood Company, he oversaw full-cycle imports of wood products into the UK, including chartering vessels, coordinating rail and road transportation, managing customs, and trade financing.
